On-tap at Reserve Society Party 2012
Pours a cloudy golden orange color with a white head. Has a decent enough banana ester quality and a bit of wheat and bread. There’s also a lot of straw and lemon, which I’m not a fan of. The flavor is sort of the same in that the traditional witbier components are nice, but the lemon and straw and grass characteristics are just off-putting and really take away from the beer.

On tap at Eagle Rock Brewery in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Chunks of lace form on the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, spices, yeast, and some sugary aromas. Taste is of malt, spices, yeast, and caramel flavors that come out on the finish. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

Just had it on tap at a local beer bar out of a tulip.
It reminds me a bit of an eisbocked wheat-beer. It pours a dark amber and appears clear in the glass. The malt leaves a sweet finish that is rather enjoyable. I've had their Solidarity and the Eagle-Goat Bock, and this one is definitely my favorite brew of the bunch.

Imperial amber witbier
dark amber, fairly clear, good white head with a little retention.
Aroma is a little bit of phenols, a little spicy, some sweet malt.
Flavor follows the aroma, spicy and yeasty, nice malt backbone, leaves a light crisp sweetness I'm the mouth.
Very, very drinkable and tasty.
