On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a light cloudy yellow, looks a lot like a witbier. Fizzy frothy white head, with some gobby lace.
S: Ginger and lemon, almost kombucha like. Spicy.
T: Heavy hits of lemon, ginger and spice, the nose and taste are almost identical. Nice herbal character. Bit light in flavour overall though.
M: Light-bodied, does seem thin at times, clean, crisp carbonation. Certainly refreshing.
O: I liked this almost wit/saison hybrid. I enjoy ginger, so fans of this plant I think would enjoy this. Just wish there was more heft to it.
