Draft at the brewpub, quick review from notes. Thanks Eileen!
Crystal clear pale straw gold, slim layer of white foam on the surface. Spotty lace around the edges that forms drippy arc patterns.
Aroma is nondescript at first, as it warms there's some graininess and light trace of fruity Kölsch yeast.
Taste is mild, faint white grape and grain husks. Body is very smooth, seems to be well lagered. Extremely clean with no off flavors, just a plain and simple summer session beer here. Found it to be pretty drinkable though fairly mild.

A: pale yellow body, trace head, very little lacing
S: light grain malt, hint of spices
T: light malt earthy with semi-dry crisp hint of spicy finish
M: light body, big carbonation, semi-dry crisp mouth
O: Not bad, fine summer/session brew.
I would have this again.
SOLID, BUT NOT A MUST HAVE!

Served in a nonic pint glass at the brewpub.
Workin' my way through the beer list. This one pours a clear pale golden straw topped by a finger of white micro-foam. The nose comprises light green apple, grapefruit, and some light greens. The taste holds notes of orange peel, ruby red grapefruit, and flowers. The body is light, with a light moderate carbonation and a wet feel (which made sense when I noted it down). Overall, a decent kolsch, not my favorite of the style but rather drinkable if I do say so myself.

16 oz tap pour into an imperial pint glass. 5.2% ABV, 25 IBUs, Brewed on 6-11.
A - This kölsch arrives crystal clear pale yellow with a quickly fleeting white head and no lace left over.
S - Light pale malts are overshadowed slightly by a harsh grainy kick but still remain refreshing in aroma as the finish ends with a touch of simple German hops.
T - Tasty pale malts have a slight grainy hint unlike how strong it is in the aroma. The finish has a refreshing German hop addition and a little bit of spiciness. Very nice flavor for a hot day!
M - Light-bodied and refreshing with a great carbonation spike and a cool, dry finish.
D - This is the epitome of a drinkable summer beer. It goes down very well with the Dijon mustard butter soft pretzel dip!

6oz. tap pour at Luck Monk
(A)- Pours a clear yet pale yellow color. Produced a light layer of white foam.
(S)- Rather honey-like with a light apple fruit aroma. Finishes in a light corn husk dryness.
(T)- Dry, with a heavy corn husk maltiness with a light under ripe apple and lemon fruitiness.
(M)- A good carbonation level and balance. A bit drier and more bitter than I was expecting, but it counterbalances the malts decently.
(D)- A decent refresher with it leaning more into a pale ale in dryness/bitterness level, but its not necessarily a bad thing. Not bad.
