Served in a nonic pint glass at the brewpub.
This one was listed as the brewmaster's select this evening. It pours a clear golden straw topped by a finger of white micro-foam. The nose comprises grapefruit rind, orange peel, flowers, and a twinge of caramel in the back. The taste holds notes of mandarin oranges, light caramel, and a smattering of greens. The body is light, with a rather light carbonation and a relatively smooth feel. Overall, a nice APA, nothing overtly special, but a rather drinkable bit o' brew regardless. A nice quaff to enjoy with some friends on a Saturday night.
