Very nice to see one of my local haunts dip into the wheatwine pool. This one pours a cloudy honey-straw topped by a finger of cream foam. The nose comprises orange peel, grapefruit zest, wheat, honey, light caramel, and light cashew. The taste holds notes of orange zest, lemon peel, light toffee, light honey, light greens, and a kiss of green apple skin. The body is a stolid medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a kinda creamy feel. Overall, a pretty nice w-wine, not one of the best out there, but more than solid enough to sate a lover of the style for a good amount of time.
