On-tap at the brewpub, on to the beer:
Bright yellow color with some sparking carbonation running through it all. The head is creamy on top, and it has good retention. The nos efeatures a little straw, and a more dominant maltiness. It's a sweeter nose, more Vienna-like than pilsner-like. The taste is also sweet. Unlike some Brazilian micro pilsners that are really sweet (they love their Vienna malt), this one has some resemblance of balance to it. It's like honey graham crackers. Some bready note appear. Light note as grass too. A light-medium body overall, but that's expected in this beer. Drinks well.
Why waste your time at the boteco next door drinking Brahma when you can drink a lager with flavor like this? A good, sweet lager from this Carioca brewpub.
