Dark, almost black. Light brown foam.
Smell of a Noel beer. Spices, almost balsamic, fresh.
Dark malts, star anise, ginger.
Fresh and balsamic taste, too. Full, but even easy to drink.
Bodied, but fresh and pleasant.
In the aftertaste cocoa, burnt coffee. But it remains smoorth and pleasant. Liquorice.
Moothing vanilla.
Good winter ale.
