75cl bottle, bought directly from the brewer at the Brugs Bierfestival 2012
A: a reddish brown beer, big rocky beige lasting head,nice lacing on the glass , some yeast can be seen floating around in the glass
S: lactic acid, fruity, malty, berries, reminiscent of an old bruin
T: spicy-sourish, berries, hints of caramel, malts, licquorish and chocolate, warming alcohol towards the end
M: medium body, very lively carbonation
O: really nice and complex beer, slightly less great than the regular Vicaris Generaal, the boozy aftertaste puts me a bit of, and it could have done with a little less carbonation, really glad I tried this one, somewhere between a belgian dark ale and an old bruin
