On tap in a flight at the Bandwagon Brewpub in Ithaca, NY.
Looks super cloudy, light orange, with a creamy, off white head that leaves some lacing.
The aroma offfers overripe banana, pear, white bread, hay, and a touch of grass.
The taste is overripe banana, banana bread, pear, red apples, crackers, white bread, honey, and very subtle clove and grass. Finishes with lemon, more banana, bubblegum, cracker, and clove.
The mouthfeel is medium-minus and creamy.
