The beer pours a nice golden color with a 1/8" white head that quickly fades to a nearly still beer. The aroma is decent. It has a solid pale malt scent along with a nice hop nose. The taste is much the same. It's light and easy drinking with a pretty nice hop character. The mouthfeel is below average. It has little to no carbonation. This is a solid offering. It has good aroma and flavor, yet the lack of CO2 really hurts the drinking experience.

Pedro's Pale Ale has a bright copper body and a small, off-white head. The head doesn't have a whole lot of retention, but a speck or two of lacing stays behind.
The aroma has faint notes of pale malt and bittering hops.
The flavor on this beer is pretty close to the aroma. Not a ton of flavor complexity is packed in there, but what is there is fairly enjoyable. A little bit of bitterness that has notes of both citrus and a spicy character from the hops. The malt profile balances the hops almost exactly, providing pale malt sweetness. This APA is serviceable, but a little bit subdued.
The body is standard for the style, but this beer could use just a hair more carbonation.
Pedro's Pale Ale is another solid offering, but it probably won't blow your mind.
