Pours a dark coffee-brown with a quickly-dissipating tan head.
Aroma is of earth, malt, and char.

Taste follows the nose with maybe a hint of black coffee.Finishes with a pleasant dry bitterness. Carbonation is fine-textured and just right IMHO. Feel is appropriately light, and slightly oily.

Overall very pleasant, & highly recommended. I'd be satisfied with drinking only this all night. Admittedly, I haven't had that many in the style, but it is my favorite so far.

Poured back with no light and a head of foam that would have been great except this was a small flight glass. Nose is dark and toasty with a hint of ash. faint fruits and faitn hop character with a little spice. Taste is roasted grain and has a creamy mouthfeel Tastes a lot like coffee and crean and that's when you notice the coffee flavor. Light and with light cream. I thought I tasted sour cherry and a little wood. Fiery with a touch of char. Thin body, soft carbonation.

Again this wasn't terribly sweet. I wanted to like this more and I am new to this particular style. Had a sharp quality from the malt and a little sour with a respectable bitter.

Sully's Irish Stout has a dark body that is pretty opaque, and a brown head that looks like rocks, which leads me to believe this one is a nitro-tap.

The aroma has hints of fruit and a very dry, roasted character to it.

Sully's Irish Stout is definitely a traditional Irish Stout, and it is definitely on a nitro-tap. A hint of dark fruit fruit from the yeast leads off, but doesn't bring too much sweetness and avoids becoming too powerful. Next comes the malt, which tastes like dry black malt and lots of roasted flavor. Dry finish.

A little under carbonated, but the body is nice and full. Good choice for nitrogen also, and I normally complain about most beers on nitro-taps.

Sully's is a pretty solid stout that the Bandwagon brewed for St. Patrick's day and tapped the Tuesday before. It did not last long, as shortly after opening on Thursday this beer was kicked.
