I like the name for this one: Love Gone Sour. The body is a soft, hazy yellow-orange color and the white head is fairly solid looking, with ok retention and lacing.
The aroma has a distinct sourness to it, but also quite a bit of sweetness and a strong aroma of peach.
Love Gone Sour leads off with a lemony sourness that is quickly overtaken by a good bit of sweet malt and a lot of Belgian yeast that adds fruit and a hint of spice. The base beer here is definitely some sort of Belgian Pale Ale. In addition to the yeast there is clearly a ton of Peach flavor in here, and I'm guessing the actual fruit or some sort of peach juice or extract was added to this one. Either way, it serves to balance the sourness a little bit without making things too sweet.
Adequate carbonation, not quite puckering.
I'm pumped to see a sour at the Bandwagon, I hope more will be coming in the future. This is a good first effort, but don't be afraid to let things get really sour!
