On tap at the Ithaca, NY brewpub.
A: The ale is a hazy color, lighter and quite transparent.
S: A sweet nose, very light, almost kolsch-like with clean grains and mild hops. The sweetness has a fullness but generally pale malts rule the day; very little hoppiness also.
T: The body is sweet and biscuity, delicate with a stronger hop finish than the nose indicated. This is a very pale pale ale, loose and calm without a significant bitterness.
M: The mouthfeel screams kolsch, light and clean with a punch of hops near the finish. A very pale ale, soft and approachable.
