Another great brew from HMB. This was such a chocolately smooth brew, I wish they would expand over to the East Coast! The smell was very chocolatey, but also had a smell of hops. I'm not sure what it is about the West Coast beers, but they are all into the whole hop thing. Not that it's a bad thing, especially when you can brew it like they can. At any rate, the taste was similar to the smell, but had more on the hops spectrum. So, it was hoppy and chocolatey, sort of like a chocolate cake with a kick. Overall a good brew to have and like. If you like good beer, then you'll like this one. If you like crap beer, then try it and maybe it'll convert you.
