Draft at the brewery
Creamy rich thicker head with good retention, fair lacing, crystal clear pale color
Nose cereal grain, soft doughy malt, little straw and a hint cracker, clean
Taste soft lager like base, doughy malt, a little cereal and straw, cracker, light herbal floral hop with med bitterness, dry slight crisp finish
Mouth is med bod, soft lager like, med creamy carb
Overall very nice kolsch, that makes me excited to try the other beers
