Sampled 12/26/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours dark red with some brown, clear, thin white head, decent lacing and retention.
Aroma is peat, malt (lots of it), caramel, and some roast.
Flavor is fairly heavy on the smoke/peat. Lots of sweet caramel with some booze, chocolate, and bubblegum. Low bitterness.
Body is medium/heavy. Drinkability is high.
