Nice and classy, yet very cozy. Tons of seating, TV's, and even some comfy leather couches next to big warm fireplaces.
Pretty high quality beers, I had a nice hoppy Pilsner, a solid tasty and drinkable Red, I also tasted the porter which was solid as well.
Good service, friendly, helpful, and prompt.
Pretty good selection, about 8 beers, but they tended to lean on the "session side" of things. This is obviously not a bad thing, but I like a little more variety, and a big beer or two thrown in the mix.
Don't know about the food, we skipped dinner here because the prices seemed to be quite high, the beers weren't too high for NZ standards though.
All is all, definitely a place to check out, but unless the food is superb, I'd just stop for a couple of beers.
