Copenhagen 21/3 2023. 44 cl can from N’Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. A splotchy, bewildered blue ghost on a yellow background on the can.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and orange juice.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily,, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour streak. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent if somewhat thin Indian Pale Ale.
