Celebration is a golden beer of 6.5%, brewed with pilsner malt, Munich malt, caramel malt and wheat malt, spiced with Perle, Fuggles, Goldings and Cascade hops in abundance. The hop combination together gives a velvety, pleasant bitterness, right when the beer enters the mouth. Subsequently comes a balanced taste impression of hops and the darker malts.
We find this beer suitable for strongly spiced meat dishes.

Copenhagen 2/8 29018. 60 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. The usual Aarhus Brewhouse design in brownish orange. A 5 year Celebration Birthday Beer.
Pours dark, clear amber with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a 0,3 cm thick layer of creamy foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is dark and sweet. Lightly burnt caramel, brown sugar, roasted malts. Lightly bitter notes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, lightly prickly texture. A little sticky.
Flavor has strong sweetness. Followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is quite sweet. Lingering.
Kind of a sweet way to celebrate your 5-year birthday.
