Amber color with a thick head with good retention
Aroma with notes of caramels, some medicine, herbal fresh hops.
Flavor with notes of caramels, yeast, nuts, lemongrass, tea and toasted malts. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
I think this unfiltered version is nicer than the original, sure freshness and yeast helps.
