0.2L glass Malty lightly fruity nose. Very creamy head when sipped. Bold barley taste that fades slowly on the pallate to a buttery weizen-like finish. Honey-amber color with minimal carbonation makes for an almost thick tea-like consistency. Very nice companion to the house roasted chicken with spinach dish.

A dark brown beer with a white, small head.

Smell is a little green, like unkilned malt, It reminds me of very small amounts of chlorine. Phenols, diacetyl, anyone? Not very disturbing though.

Taste is light roasted with hints of chocolatemalt. A nice combination of maltbitterness and hopbitterness, which is higher than in the bockbier. After swallowing, the beer leaves a pleasant bitterness and a light roast.
