A: Golden, tiniest hint of a haze, decent sized head, moderate retention.
S: Noble hops, honey and grass.
T: Malty, slight notes of honey.
M: Light to medium body, crisp texture.
O: A well made Helles, I'm sure it would be very nice at the beer garden where it's brewed, but the bottle goes down nicely.

Pours a marginally clouded golden color with a big, fluffy white head.
Smells of hay, dried potatoes, orange zest and toffee - simple but intriguing.
Drinks easy with an appealing, well balanced flavor profile, put into action by a lively, still soft carbonation.
Tastes of dried herbs, white bread dough, a hint of caramel, hay and older straw. Turns a little dryer and more aqueous after the swallow with a rustic, grainy finish, still amped up by a nice amount of older, herbal hops and a nice sugar peak.
This is great. Everything I expect from a Helles gets well represented here with a little extra from the hops to amp up its bright, soft and grainy straw foundation.
