A: Amber, hazy, medium sized head, moderate retention.
S: Straw, noble hops.
T: Slightly fruity, Sugar beet which was balanced out by long lingering bitter finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, slight coarse edge from the bitterness.
O: On the bitter side for a Marzen, fairly subtle.
