A: Extreme fluffy head. Should have poured it more carefully. In the light its a beautiful color of orange, but not in the light it borders more on brown. Very cloudy.
S: Sour and yeasty with a hint of sweetness.
T: Sour (lemony), not too sweet. But there's something about the quality of the taste that makes it good. (awful sentence). A different kind of Hefeweizen.
M: Sparkley with a medium body.
D: Above average. Not my favorite but interesting and different. Definitely drinkable.
