From the just-expired half liter bottle, it pours a clear amber color with a modest off-white head that slowly reduces and does leave some lacing. The nose gets some alcohol and a touch of sour malt - possibly due to age. The mouth gets a malty brew that seems to have a touch of sour, but is overall an easy drink.
