Handpump halfpint at Cask Pub & Kitchen. Thanks to His_Royal_Hoppiness for the round.
A: Clear amber body with a thin, fine off-white head. Good retention and sticky lace. Lovely.
S: Light fruity hops and some nice, bready malt. Caramel sweetness is present but restrained. Solid.
T: Leafy hops and nutty, mildly sweet malt. Apricot on the bittersweet finish. Quite good indeed.
M: Soft, fairly light bodied with light but ample carbonation. Good.
O: Really nice Bitter. Good balance, decent complexity.
Cheers!

Hand pulled pint: Amber body with an off-white head of foaming bubbles.
This is a malty, yet hoppy brew: a good blend of flavours which bring out the best in each other without setting the world alight. Easy drinking with a maltier nose than taste, the hops coming more into their own giving the beer a mini bitter finish.
