Handpump halfpint at Cask Pub & Kitchen.
A: Clear deep amber body with a thin, clumpy, off-white head. Great retention and full lace. Solid.
S: Leafy hops, caramel malts, and some breadiness. Balanced and mildly sweet.
T: Follows the nose: balanced between fruity hops and bready malts. Good.
M: Creamy medium body, lots of carbonation for cask. Great.
O: Definitely on the malty end of the pale ale spectrum, but a very tasty beer all the same.
