Bomber (bottling data 25April2012 - I think they condition for a few months for the honey to prime) picked up from the Orenco farmer's market. Poured into my large Gulden Draak tulip, Hillsboro Brown is ruddy brown with a nicely sized tan head leaving pretty light lace.

Smell is pretty fruity, tropical esters. Nice grape notes here. A little spicy ethanol.

Taste is also estery, which I really like, the grape again prominent, some bubblegum. Some caramel and toffee notes from the malt, with a touch of spicy phenols.

Mouthfeel is just a touch sticky, medium-light bodied.

Drinkability is high. Smooth, fruity and outright delicious. Not overly complex, but there is some subtle depth behind the primary esters. But they're so tasty, I'm not incline to think much more about it!
