Tried this on tap at the brewery. I was very pleasantly surprised! I love the mouthfeel of a good Beeliner Weisse; feels light and champaignee. The taste is crisp sweet followed by sourness. I think this definitely stands it's ground against other popular varieties, I would go so far as to say this is pretty darn close to New Glarus's thumbprint Berliner Weisse. Definitely give this one a try.

Sampler at the brewery.
Ultra pale gold, super thin ring of foam at the edges. Very bright clarity.
Light lacto/sourdough starter aroma, tastes like tart white wine grapes.
Thin bodied, could use a touch more carb. Overall it's decent, not sure I'd get more though.
