First review for me of a beer from this brewery in Lyon, France.
L - pours a dark brown with a good white head
S - no distinct smell except for malt
T - sweet taste of toffee and plum with a bit of smoke, really dry finish
F - maybe too strong carbonation that goes against the taste
O - a good brew, it's really enjoyable as a christmas beer with its sweetness but dry finish!
