On tap at Ninkasi, la Guillotière, Lyon, France. This a "saison" brew meaning the beer of the moment, not a saison style ale.
L - Clear amber with little head that doesn't last
S - Oaky and a bit smoked. It smells like a nice scotch
T - Follow the smell. The oak presence is nice, nothing overwhelming. A certain malt sweetness is present and a sharp hop bitterness
