Brewed with Alsacien hops.. Very bitter, with only very light citrus aromas. Piney and resinous on the palate, with melon and very sweet, caramel, bready malt to balance things out. Strongly carbonated and crisp. A well-rounded, classic pale ale

The liquid is clear with an amber color. Modest head which leaves spattering of spots.
Semisweet caramel nose. Very light hop.
The malt is solid up front but the hop bitterness takes over quickly dominating the flavor profile. The body is thinner than most IPAs. The carbonation is also elevated. The swallow has a bite but it’s not harsh. Long aftertaste.

Listed as EIPA as a nearest equivalent.
Bottle conditioned. Clear amber with a creamy and frothy head.
Grain and malt to the nose. Earthy and rustic.
The malt is again in the forefront upon tasting. Fruity and herbal with a hoppy bitterness at the finish.
Soft carbonation. Light to medium body.
Does not really distinguish itself as French.
