L- golden colour with no head
S - almost only yeast in the smell and light floral hops
T - very balanced taste, caramelized malts, floral hops and yeast. A slight bitterness undertones
F - light carbonation
O - an enjoyable brew but don't expect an hop slam you won't get it. It Is definitely not an American ipa, more of belgian ipa with the yeast flavor. It's quite refreshing and balanced, I'll go back to.this one!
Even better fresh on tap at a Ninkasi pub

Med full body, clean and somewhat crisp, slightly oily mouthfeel, fair carbonation.
Nice malt note upfront with a hint of crystal malt and a nice undertone of grains.
Good fresh hop presence with notes of grass, piney resign, citrus, and a medicinal undertone.
Finishes with a fair bitterness and a lingering fresh grassy hop note.
Overall; clean and simple with nice hop diversity and malt back.
Reminiscent of Alpine's Duet with the distinct grain notes.
Highly recommend if you are in need of a hop fix; here in Paris.

Beautiful light caramel color, slightly cloudy possibly due to storing the bottle on it's side and not letting the particulates settle long enough. That is to say, there is some bottle conditioning Bubbly, off-white head that lasts. Very floral hop nose, rather inviting.
Sweet, medium roasted caramel malt notes going to a nice, sharp hop flavor. Balanced, but predominantly hoppy, which is nice. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the bitter hop finish lingers.
This is a very good beer and certainly worth trying if you can find it.
