A little strong on the acacia flavour.
This bottom-fermented blonde beer features Pilsen malt and Chinook and Slovenian Goldings hops.
The taste is syrupy, sweet, fruity, herbal, maybe a tad medicinal even.
Medium carbonation. A nice, crisp feel to it. I’m sure the base beer is fine, coming from a very capable brewery, but it goes completely lost behind the acacia flower addition. Still, this remains a clever mix. Worth trying
