Very good. It's a solid base barley wine that allows the Jim Beam barrel to shine. It's one of the few, and perhaps the only (non-wine) barrel aged beer that I can recognize the barrel. Gets the most out of the whiskey without being hot or abrasive. It's like drinking a session whiskey, which was really good.
