Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a crystal clear, caramel coloring, with a frothy, bright white head. Nose of subtle resin, hints of citrus, and a caramel backbone. Well balanced aromas. Flavors are smooth caramel sweet forward, with a quickly closing hops citrus and bitter resin. Very balanced, on a smooth, light body. The aftertaste is more of the dry, resinous hops character, with a smooth, dry finish.
