Poured on nitro-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a dark, ruby-brown coloring with a tall, creamy, off-white head. Nose of rich cherry and subtle roasted coffee. Smells amazing. Flavors are roasted coffee and crème forward, with tart and dark cherry highlights. Smooth, light, and very dry bodied, even on nitro-tap. The aftertaste is more of the tangy sweet cherry notes, lingering in to the dry finish. Solid brew.
