I gotta say, the nose is very heavy on roasted rice. It reminds me of brewing genmaicha tea which is a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice. I am very fond of this smell. The roasted rice is also very heavy on the tongue and overpowers the other flavors a bit too much; leaving a bitter aftertaste. However, it was a solid brew overall.

Very smooth with a discernible Belgian yeast flavor
