Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, hazy, orange-copper coloring with a dense, foamy, clingy, white head. Nose of tangerine and apricot, cedar notes, and a subtle caramel and bready backbone. Flavors are roasted and tropical fruit forward, with pineapple and melon notes, on a peppery dry hopped backbone. Smooth and mid-bodied, with a spiced and bitter hops aftertaste. Smooth, dry finish, with a resinous linger. Solid brew!
