On-tap at Lexington Avenue Brewery, Asheville, NC

A: THe beer is clear light amber in color and poured with a quarter finger high off white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of spicy rye are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and is dominated by light to moderate aromas of spiciness from the rye.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a quite drinkable for an "Imperial Rye" because it's not too spicy and no alcohol is perceptible in the taste.
