Not even sure where I got this can from, I think Samantha might have brought it to me.
Pours a honey like color in between gold and orange. 1/4" white head. The aroma was what the label said it would be. Ginger and lime. Story checks out.
Taste is much the same. Are you a giant fan of lime and ginger? You might like this. Lacks any wood, funk, traditional wild ale aspects, just a kettle sour with tons of the aforementioned adjuncts. Generally, whether you like this will depend on whether you like the adjuncts moreso than the traditional beer ingredients. I think a decent comparison would be this and Sourtooth Tiger from Rare Barrel a bit down the road from this brewery. Yes, one is very much superior to the other, but you know, barrel + time and all that jazz that makes the superior one also massively more expensive.
The lime helps 'cheat' the sourness amplitude. I wasn't a big fan of this, seemed like a cash grab from the former lager brewery. Wasn't terrible, but I dunno.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a very small, white head of foam. It smelled of lime and ginger. Strong lime flavor with a tart bite. Subtle ginger.
