32 day old can into a chalice.
A: Bright golden with 2+ fingers of frothy pillowy head with good retention and left sticky lacing.
S: Tropical fruit with lemon, floral undertones, bready character as it warms. Wish it popped, but it's a bit mute. Maybe more prominent when fresher?
T: Follows nose well, with added prominent breadiness. Finishes with moderate bitterness, clears palate quickly.
F: Low-medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slick on the tongue, crisp finish on the swallow.
O: Another solid IPL from Sudwerk. Wanted the nose to pop more, but maybe it does when hyper fresh.
