The Blue Cow is a very nice resterant and brewry with a huge wime selection. And I'm glad to see them doing well.
A-nice deep copper with a 1/4" head that last through half the glass.
S-Malty with touches of carmal and chocolat
T-Avery nice balance of hopps and malt, the malt shows threough nicly.
M-Maybe a little light, but OK
D-The best beer they have on tap and will order agian.
We are glad to have a craft brewry in town and keep up the good work.

This beer has a lot of character in one glass. A nice creamy head on tap that lingers all the way down. Caramel malt smell with a dominant hop aroma. Once in your mouth wave after wave of malts surround your palate, but before you can beging to put your finger on tastes, the hops come marching in. Its an incredibly artful balance of malt and bitterness.
