Medium blond color, large white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. Malty and slightly sweet. Nice hops good balance. Smooth, velvety taste. Very nice. Mouthfeel is full and round. Some alcohol bite. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is malty.

I originally sampled this beer on 10 May 2003. I am writing this review from my notes.
Appearance: bottle: It has a clear yellow color with a frothy head. Flavor: It's malty on the tongue w/ some sweetness. This is a nicely done beer. I'll pick some more up when I'm in Phoenix again

The beer pours a nice crystal clear golden amber color with a moderate head and fine lace sheets that cling to the glass. Malt pervades the nose, citrus like tones, crisp and clean, the front lightly sweet, the top skimpy. The hops impressive in their bite, potently carbonated, dry somewhat bitter aftertaste, and the high ABV, certainly is felt.
