Well I recently learned that this place will be meeting it's demise soon. Not areal surprise really. It would have been nice if they would have followed through with the actual brewing part of the operation.
It's a wide open space with plenty of room to move around. Large stage for bands to play. Bar is average sized but makes up for that with classic wood and architecture.
Draft list is nothing sexy. Handful of locals along with a few Midwest
ho hums mixed in. Bottle list is more of the same.
Servers were friendly and quick. That's always a plus.
Overall It's a shame to see any business close. Although I can't say I'm stunned. Had they got the brewing aspect up running they may have had a chance. Otherwise the competition is just too damn fierce in Bay View.
