22 oz bottle provided as a reward for my GABF volunteering efforts...this was a bottle left over after completion of the competition. Pours a four finger oranged light tan head over a brilliant light bright copper liquid. Many streamers rising to feed the head, which is mildly clingy. Smells grassy hoppy with oranges and a little bit of cardboard.
Tastes hoppy with thin malt. Hop is mostly grassy cohumulone with orange and mango flavor and a bit of old hop cheesiness. Malt can't back up the drying grassy hops. I'm left with a very dry mouth that holds some metallic and sour tang. Mouthfeel is as thin as the missing malt...this fermented down too far. I think this makes the hops stand out stronger, further unbalancing the beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
