Indiana hops!
it wasn't around long but i got some about the same time my brother in law bought me one of their people's mini keg growlers! rockin!
A - copper color,white head,some lacing.

S - hoppy nose but unlike ay other hop served at people's...yup,grassy, herbal, and citrus mostly...slight malt.

T - hops and floral notes....

M - Light to medium mouth-feel. No bitterness.

Overall, i will buy again if it comes around in the eternal return of the beer world in Indiana...like someone else said, it probably wouldn't be my go-to beer at the brewery BUT I'd recommend it to try once,at the very least....
Cheers!
And that's the graveyard shift truth!...and as HST said,“I have a theory that the truth is never told during the nine-to-five hours.”

I saw this at the brewery just after they helped harvest fresh central Indiana hops and I really wanted to try this APA.

A - Light copper color. Soft off-white head with light lacing. Slightly cloudy but could be chill haze.

S - Nice hop nose. Comes with grassy, herbal, and citrus tones mostly. Not really any pine or tropical fruits and only a slight hint of malt.

T - More hop character than the smell with more of the citrus and floral notes. The grassy, herbal, and tea-like character is also present which lends this beer a more unique flavor. There is some light malt and light caramel in the middle but mostly the fresh hops resonate.

M - Light to moderate mouth-feel. Not very bitter and is soft on the palate. Light to moderate carbonation. Right for an APA.

Overall, a great change of pace from your typical american pale ales and is a mix of novel flavors. I did like it but it probably wouldn't be my go-to beer at the brewery. I'd recommend it if you have never had a fresh, wet hopped beer.
