Purchased from Purvis Beer in Melbourne in December 2023 and drunk a few weeks later.
L: Hazy, tropical fruit juice yellow with a thin, bright-white head that lasts midway through the beer. Lacing left on the glass. Lots of small, fast-moving bubbles can be seen in the stem of the IPA glass.
S: Big tropical notes, dominated by stonefruit and mango.
T: Slightly danker than expected from the nose, but all the expected tropical and citrusy notes are there. The hops bite almost to the point of hop burn, but remain on the right side of the line, and that bite brings pineapple notes to the fore. No malt flavours to speak of, but that's definitely as expected.
M: Carbonation is low, but carbonic bite is quite high on the swallow. Body is full and fluffy, absolutely on point for a hazy IPA.
O: This is a nice hazy IPA that does everything it says it will, and is a beer I would definitely go back to if the chance arose.
Cheers!

375ml can, packaged on 27/03/2020, poured into a tulip.
Look: Hazy amber, about 2-3cm of bubbly white head, which hangs around for a little while, leaving some sticky lacing down the side of the glass.
Smell: fruity hops, orange and mandarin, peel, little bit of tropical mango, a touch of pine near the end.
Taste: Far more subdued on the palate. Some citrus, a little pine, a little herbal/green.
Feel: mid bodied, a little juicy/mouth filling. Tiny bit of carbonation in there. Not much bitterness or length.
Overall: I liked it. Great nose, but a little let down on the taste.
