A most peculiar brew. Has a very odd flavor profile that touches upon vanilla, cola nut, and possibly sarsaparilla. Neither the menu nor the bartender could confirm any such inclusions in the boil, but the taste is unmistakably awash in tropical spice.
This is a sparsely carbonated brew, very light headed except for the nitro version. It has a restrained yeasty aroma and a deep ruby brown color.
This ale is highly unique and surely not everyone will like it. I liked it though. I liked it a lot.
