I went to the Asher Brewery to check out the organic IPA beers, but I got the Ginger Bomb Organic APA and was pleasantly surprise. It is delicious in taste and has a little hops to it. I will definitely get this beer again!

my girlfriend would absolutely love this. i like it quite well myself, the ginger is very authentic, not too spicy, not too sweet, not a background flavor at all. its basically a ginger beer in flavor, just pepper in a little grain (very likely some wheat with the pale barley malt) and you have it. its a perfect summer drink, with a lot of carbonation and a crisp finish. where others fail in this regard by being too sweet, this is fermented nice and dry, maybe a touch boozy when it warms up, but very easy drinking just the same, perhaps dangerously so. not too many ginger beers i want to have a bunch of, but this is one for sure. impressively genuine ginger root flavor, not extracted or powdered or concentrated or anything else i wouldnt guess other than the root itself. i wish it had just a little more bittering hops on it to keep my identifying it as beer, but i like it a lot, and could see them crushing with this during the summer. pleasant and distinct.
